Description of Upset Forging Threading Rebar Processing Machine
The upset forging parallel thread machine contains one rebar
threading machine(GZL-45) and one upset forging machine(GD-150) and
an oil pump. They work together with couplers for the connection of
rebar whose diameter is between 12mm and 40mm.
Working Principles of Upset Forging Threading Rebar Processing
First, we use GD-150 to forging the end of rebar;
Second, we use the GZL-45 to threading the end of rebar;
Third, we use the coupler to link the two ends of rebar.

according to their different raw material, connection way,
thickness, length and other factors. Take our standard upset
